Oh,
this is such crap. The secret to a 200-year lifespan is to give your
son your name and have him tell people he's you, then to have his son do
the same, and if necessary, his son after that. It's mythological, and
attempting to draw life lessons from such a story is misguided at best.
Regardless
of the validity of this one mans' story, the lessons are nonetheless
true, if you want them to be. To each their own, but there are reasons
that some people live longer than others, even though they do such
things as not partaking in modern medicine, smoking like chimneys, etc.
It's all perspective. Your mind is the only reason your body even
functions. With all of that said, you should put on a smile. Like you've
said, life can be short. Try to enjoy it. =]
who
here is surprised that ian is a real estate appraiser? aggressiveness,
lying, lacking moral principals, cruelty, apathy, greed. pretty much
sums him up.
Such
cases are extremely rare and are, therefore, difficult to believe.
Dismissing it as crap is not correct. Moreover the most relevant point
is the power of thoughts. I consider this a very valuable essay. Thanks.
YES!
It's all about our thoughts! My YA Fantasy, Thoughts To Die For is
about the power of our thoughts. "The only wand you'll ever need is a
